Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-18

These terms govern your use of Muznah: the site, the store, and the client area. The service is operated by Bloom Techno FZE-LLC.

Who operates this service

Muznah is the domains and hosting storefront of Bloom Techno FZE-LLC, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, License No. 4309012.01, Corp. Reg. 4309012. The company was established in 2023; the venture launched in 2026.

What we provide

Everything we sell is a running product, and each one states its own real price before you order.

  • Domain registration and transfers, through accredited registrar partners.
  • Managed WordPress hosting: one isolated server per site, in datacenters in the European Union.
  • Business email on your own domain: professional mailboxes, ordered in the store and set up by our team.
  • The client area: your domains, DNS records, services, and payment history in one place.

Accounts

You sign up with a name, an email address, and a password. The password is stored only as a scrypt hash.

You keep your account credentials confidential, and activity under your account is your responsibility.

Credentials for a provisioned service (a WordPress admin password, a mailbox password) are shown to you once, then destroyed on our side. Save them when you first see them.

Orders, prices, and payment

The price on your order is the price you saw, and a domain renews at the same price unless the registry changes its own. In that case the new real price applies, and we tell you before the renewal.

Prices are quoted and charged in UAE dirhams (AED); any dollar figure you may see is an approximation at the fixed rate, and the dirham amount is what you pay.

Managed hosting is billed monthly at one real price: no first-period discount, no renewal increase.

You can pay by card through Stripe, by bank transfer, or by confirmation on WhatsApp. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Domain names follow registry rules

You are the registrant of record, so the contact data you give must be accurate, and you must respond to the registry's verification emails.

Country-code registries can add their own rules (documents, local presence). The .ae registry, for example, sets its requirements through its accredited registrars.

Expiry, redemption, and transfer locks are set by the registry, not by us; a transfer needs the auth code and obeys those rules.

Refunds and cancellation

A domain cannot be refunded after registration: the registry does not undo registrations. If a registration fails, you are never charged for it.

Managed hosting and email services can be cancelled with a refund of the unused time, prorated, within seven days of activation. After that, the month runs to its end.

The refund policy page states the full rules.

Service and support

Support is human, over WhatsApp. Incidents and maintenance appear on the public status page, and work that affects your service is announced ahead when we can.

Acceptable use

Your use of the services must follow the acceptable use policy, and through it the rules of our providers: Hetzner for servers, Zoho for email, and the registrars for domains. A violation can lead to suspension.

Liability

We resell and manage services from upstream providers, so the limits of those services flow through to you.

Neither side is liable to the other beyond the fees actually paid in the twelve months before the claim, and nothing in these terms limits what UAE law does not allow limiting.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the updated date at the top changes with them, and material changes reach you on WhatsApp or by email before they apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the authorities of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone and the UAE courts.
