Acceptable Use Policy

The rules

Use the services lawfully under UAE law and the law of your own country. In particular:

• No spam or unsolicited bulk mail.
• No phishing, malware, or attack tooling.
• No content that infringes someone else's rights or that UAE law prohibits.
• No abusive traffic from your server (flooding, scraping at scale, open relays).

Upstream rules apply through us

We provide servers through Hetzner, email through Zoho, and domains through accredited registrars. Their rules bind the service too, and a breach risks upstream termination, which we cannot override.

Domains and email

A domain used for spam or phishing can be suspended by the registrar. A mailbox used for bulk sending breaks the email provider's rules and can be closed. We pass notices to you and help you remediate.

Enforcement

When we can, we warn you on WhatsApp first and we fix it together. Serious cases are suspended immediately, and you can ask for an export of your data.
