Domains

A domain cannot be refunded after registration: once the registry records the name, the registration stands and the fee passes to the registry.

If a registration fails for any reason, the order is never charged, and any payment already taken is returned in full.

Managed hosting and email

Within seven days of activation, you can cancel and get the unused time back, prorated by the day.

After the seventh day, the paid month runs to its end, and the service simply does not renew if you do not want it to.

A service suspended for violating the acceptable use policy earns no refund.

How a refund travels

Tell us on WhatsApp. Card payments return to the same card through Stripe, and bank transfers return to the account they came from. We initiate promptly; the arrival time is your bank's.

Every order shows its real price and confirms with you before payment, so nothing charges silently.
