Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to run:

• Account data: your name, email address, and a scrypt hash of your password.
• Order data: the registrant details a domain order requires (name, organization, address, phone, email), including what the registry publishes under its own policies.
• Service data: which servers and mailboxes are yours, their identifiers, and their event history.
• Payment data: references and statuses only. Card numbers never reach us; Stripe handles them.
• Message data: our WhatsApp conversations, where you contact us there.

Why we process it

To deliver what you ordered, to meet registry and UAE legal obligations, to keep the service working, and to support you. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising tracking.

Who else sees your data

The providers the product runs on: our registrar partners, Hetzner (servers, in the European Union), Zoho (email), Stripe (card payments), and our bank. Each receives only what its role needs.

How long we keep it

Domain records stay for as long as the registry requires after registration. Account data stays while your account is open, plus a short window after closure for accounting. We delete on request where the rules allow.

Cookies

The site sets a locale cookie and, when you sign in, a login session cookie. There is no advertising or analytics tracking cookie.

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or export it. Ask on WhatsApp or write to ahmed@bloomtechno.com, and we answer as the law allows.
